When traveling to China, understanding the visa and immigration process is crucial to ensuring a smooth journey. Here’s everything you need to know about getting a visa and navigating immigration in China:
About Visa
While travelers from many countries can visit China with relative ease for 10 days on a tourist visa free, make sure you follow the official Visa-Free Transit Policy to ensure that you can enter the country.
If you are from a country that requires a visa for entry into China—even for a short stay—be sure to follow the required procedures. Please check the latest information on Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) website or contact the Chinese embassy/consulate in your country/region of residence.
