Inner Mongolia Naadam Festival Immersion
This journey cuts through the three layers of China: the rigid imperial order of Beijing, the spiritual freedom of the Mongolian steppe, and the futuristic chaos of Chongqing. This expedition is timed for August, the grassland’s peak season, to coincide with the vibrant Naadam Festival. Led by Hongguer, a local musician, we bypass commercial tourist camps to venture into the deep “secret” steppe-hidden corners of the pasture inaccessible to the general public. Here, you will witness the raw, unfiltered charm of living nomadic culture.
