Into the Land of Living Arts

Guizhou is China’s hidden southwest: a landscape of karst peaks and stilted wooden villages often bypassed by mainstream routes. For the culturally curious, it is instead a center of living craft traditions where history is written in indigo dye, hammered silver, and embroidered cloth. This six-day journey is a focused study on living heritage. You will visit remote villages where artisans still practise skills passed down for generations.
